Follow this guide to choose the perfect location for your senior session! We offer 7 main shooting areas, each with nearby locations you can choose from. Why only one area? The best lighting for senior photos happens during the 3 hours before sunset, and travel time between areas (plus traffic) doesn’t allow enough time to shoot in multiple areas while still getting the best light. The best shooting times are listed on each location page, along with photo examples that show exactly how that location looks during those times. All locations are listed below in order of popularity, with the first being the most popular. We recommend choosing a spot that feels most like you and matches the vibe you want for your photos. Every location is carefully selected for beautiful lighting, amazing scenery, and lots of variety!
Locations
AREA 1.

This area does not require any additional fees and is our most popular senior session area — it truly showcases the best of the PNW, featuring gorgeous golden wheat fields (wildflower fields in June-July) location and stunning ocean location all in one area. It offers some of the most variety of any spot and photographs beautifully June-October, making it a perfect choice in every season. With the Essential Package, you’ll be able to capture both the fields and ocean locations in your gallery. With the Basic Package, you’ll choose one main location. You can also pair any of these locations with the Lake Union location for a fun town/city look and even more variety in your photos!

AREA 2.
Monroe area. This location, a flower farm, requires an additional fee charged by the vendor $30-$75. This is our second most popular location for senior sessions — and for a good reason, it looks straight out of a fairytale. Here you’ll find stunning arches, a rustic swing, a sparkly pond, and lots of beautiful flowers creating the dreamiest backdrop for your photos. This is a private venue and requires a separate reservation fee. Since availability fills up quickly, we highly recommend reserving it in advance. You also have the option to purchase a bouquet to use as a prop during your session on the farm’s website to match this exact location. With the Essential Package, you can also shoot at the beautiful Skykomish River, located just 5 minutes away from the farm.

From there, we’ll finish at an adorable flower farm filled with gorgeous sunlight, a peaceful pond, and soft pink sunset tones that photograph beautifully. The North Bend area is especially popular among seniors attending Mount Si High School and is highly requested for its iconic scenery. Here, you’ll find gorgeous views of Mount Si at the first location, making it the perfect spot for seniors who want stunning mountain backdrops in their photos. Please note that the wheat field at this location may be cut down seasonally, so we highly recommend visiting the area before your session to ensure you’re happy with the current scenery. With the Essential Package, you can also take photos next to a charming barn nearby at the second location to add even more variety to your gallery. The third location offers a different view of Mount Si through a scenic corridor of trees, while the fourth location features views of Mount Si alongside a river.

AREA 6.
Federal Way area. This location requires an additional travel fee of $150 due to travel distance. Located in Federal Way, this spot is quite a drive, but it is absolutely worth it during the fall season. Known for its breathtaking autumn scenery, this location features stunning shades of red, orange, and golden-yellow leaves, creating one of the most vibrant and colorful backdrops for senior photos. If you’re dreaming of cozy, warm-toned fall photos that truly stand out, this is one of the best locations to choose. The variety of colorful trees, open pathways, and natural scenery make this spot feel incredibly magical during peak fall season. Because fall colors are seasonal and timing can vary, we highly recommend planning your session accordingly to catch the leaves at their peak for the dreamiest results

AREA 7.
Strictly Seattle downtown area. This location requires convenience and parking fee of $100. If you’re a true city girl or city boy, this spot is the perfect fit for your senior session. You’ll get a mix of city streets for your first location, glowing city lights in the background, and two incredible rooftop views for your second location — creating a fun, modern, editorial-style feel. Because this is a public venue, photographing here can be a bit more challenging, which is why the additional fee applies. Parking in Seattle can also be difficult and may require a separate parking fee, so we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to allow extra time for parking and walking to the location. One of the best things about this spot is that the city skyline looks beautiful year-round, making it an amazing option in every season.
